Slogoman, real name Joshua Temple, is a British YouTube star who has developed a huge global following over the last decade or so. Born in May 1997, he has to date published over 3,600 videos which have received more than 3.2 billion views.
He is perhaps best known for the gaming videos that he has posted, and he is also known for his participation in GTA games. He launched his YouTube channel in 2013, and now makes videos with his associates Jelly and Kwebbelkop, with whom he has worked for several years as a member of a group of YouTubers known collectively as The Robust. Joshua Temple is from the south of England, having been raised in Farnham, Surrey. His sister Amelia is also an internet celebrity, though her focus is on Instagram. He attended Weydon Secondary School and used to enjoy sports such as rugby, which he apparently gave up so that he could devote more time to his Youtube business. He started his YouTube channel in August 2013, and much of the early content he posted to it was GTA 5 videos. His first video showed him completing a GTA 5 mission where the aim was for his character to destroy a cannabis factory and rescue Lamar. The first three videos on the channel were all centred on GTA 5.
GTA 5 remains a central part of Slogoman’s YouTube content, and he posts videos that feature funny moments from gameplay, races, mod showcases and DLC videos. Many of the races he posts feature his friends Jelly and Kwebbelkop. He posted his most-viewed video in October 2015 and become one of the highest-paid gamers. Whenever a new DLC for GTA 5 gets released, Slogoman reacts by posting a video. Many of his videos also feature him playing mini-games with his friends.
Slogoman’s hobbies include playing the guitar, dancing and spending time with his girlfriend. He is also a dog lover, with at least two pet dogs making starring appearances on his social media channels.
